Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Pine Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Minneapolis plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with scrap and rework.
