Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Kestrel Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • A relevant degree or certification.
