Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Ember Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Milwaukee plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
