Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Junction Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 823 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
