Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight River Water Authority and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Model the cost of pipe repairs and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
