Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Meadow Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Miami. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Model the cost of store inventory and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
