Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Memphis, TN)

Nova Lantern Insurance Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • A relevant degree or certification.
