Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Madison, WI)

Summit Loom Manufacturing makes precision components in Madison, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
