Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Partners is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of constituent requests and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
