Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of constituent requests and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
