Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Meadow Water Authority and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of water quality and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
