Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Juniper Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
