Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Lumen Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of survey data and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
