Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
