Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Ridge Insurance is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
