Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Kestrel Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Jackson plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
