Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Maple Manufacturing makes precision components in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
