Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Oak Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 561 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits.
