Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova North Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Indianapolis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
