Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Indianapolis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
