Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rook Manufacturing Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Houston. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
