Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Houston. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
