Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Houston, TX)

Nova Harbor Foods is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Houston. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
