Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group is a law firm in Honolulu serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
