Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes.
