Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Quill Legal Group is a Honolulu practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
