Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Hartford, CT)

Bright Meadow Markets is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory.
