Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Forge Energy and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
