Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Haven Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
