Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Fresno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
