Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Fresno area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Families are partners. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
