Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Summit Insurance is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • A relevant degree or certification.
