Financial Analyst - cost modelling (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Cobalt Markets serves neighbourhoods around El Paso with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
