Financial Analyst - cost modelling (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Pike Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
