Financial Analyst - cost modelling (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Iron Financial serves customers across El Paso with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
