Financial Analyst - cost modelling (El Paso, TX)

Bright Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the El Paso area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
