Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Cedar Foods Partners is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of production batches and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer specifications.
