Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Yarrow Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Des Moines. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
