Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Ember Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Dallas area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of meter reading and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
