Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
