Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Sparrow Energy Partners is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
