Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Wilder Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Colorado Springs, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of premium billing and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
