Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pike Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
