Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Union Legal Group provides legal services in Cincinnati across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
