Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Lantern Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Cincinnati caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
