Ironwood Ridge Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role.
