Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing Partners is a Cincinnati manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
