Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Early Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
