Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Forge Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
