Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Telecom and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. We invest in training. What you will do • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
